The Four Pillars of Well-Being and Creation
we align and transform the four pillars you use to create your experiences using exercises and techniques based on neuroscience, metaphysics, and spirituality.
The Temple Pillar
Addresses the physical body as a vessel for our well-being. When our body is blocked, it affects our overall vitality.
Examples of Body Blocks:
- Trauma stored in the body, leading to chronic pain or tension.
- Poor self-image or body-related identity issues.
- Physical manifestations of unresolved emotional stress, such as fatigue or headaches.
The Mental Pillar
Involves our thoughts, beliefs, and mindset. Mental blocks can prevent clear thinking and create limiting thought patterns which then drive our behavior.
Examples of Mental Blocks:
- Repetitive negative thoughts that limit self-confidence.
- Subconscious beliefs formed in childhood that hinder progress.
- Unhealed inner child wounds that influence current decision-making and behavior.
The Energy Pillar
Focuses on the flow and alignment of energy within us. When blocked, it can prevent us from feeling balanced or motivated.
Examples of Energy Blocks:
- Unresolved trauma that disrupts energy flow.
- Ancestral memory influencing emotional and energetic patterns.
- Hidden beliefs creating internal resistance.
The Spiritual Pillar
Reflects our connection to ourselves, and something greater than ourselves, whether through faith, purpose, or intuition. Spiritual blocks limit this connection.
Examples of Spiritual Blocks:
- Lack of clarity and connection with our personal identity.
- Intergenerational trauma disrupting our sense of purpose.
- Perceptions of unworthiness that block spiritual growth.
The Six Inner Child Wounds
The wounds we have drive our belief systems, our thoughts, how we make decisions, our behavior, our performance, our productivity, how we present ourselves, and what we believe we can achieve.
Rejection
The wound of rejection makes us feel unwanted or excluded. It often leads to fears of not being good enough or worthy, driving us to avoid vulnerability and connection.
Betrayal
This wound stems from broken trust, creating issues around trust and control. It often leads to difficulty relying on others, fear of vulnerability, or overcompensating by being overly controlling.
Humiliation
The humiliation wound is rooted in feelings of shame or embarrassment. It causes self-esteem issues, fear of judgment, and sometimes leads to self-sabotage or hiding one’s true self.
Injustice
This wound occurs when fairness or validation is denied. It fosters perfectionism, rigid expectations, and difficulty handling criticism or accepting mistakes.
Scarcity
Rooted in disconnection with our identity and a fear of not having enough (love, resources, attention), this wound creates feelings of lack. It often leads to overcompensating, hoarding, or a constant fear of loss.
Abandonment
The abandonment wound stems from being emotionally or physically left behind. It drives fear of loneliness, rejection, and creates attachment issues, leading to dependency or isolation.
