I have taken sessions with Silvia for over 2 years! Overall, she has helped me to find my inner connection. She was very supportive, sensitive, and understanding to my needs. Prior to Silvia, I had been with four other counsellors. However, I always felt they could not get the help I truly needed to recover from my past traumas, depression... etc. Silvia had helped me to start a healing, positive journey of love and connection. Silvia is a Professional life coach! I didn’t understand why I could achieved my goals and dreams? I had a breakthrough and learn that wounds and traumas we had in pass or childhood affect our present. I learn to be mindful of my thoughts and emotions. Last year, I went through a very tough moment in my life. I felt like I was in a deep well that I could not get out of. I saw how authentic transformation coaching greatly changed my mom's mood, so I decided to enroll in this program with Silvia. I had the opportunity to have therapy sessions with different psychologists, trying to fix my childhood trauma. I found that none of them worked in depth on my emotions as Silvia made it.  I should say that Constancy is an important key. The Authentic Transformation Method and Silvia's wisdom helped me to find a way to escape from the sadness and depression I was living at that time.
