TERMS OF USE, CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AGREEMENT
Programs, Sessions, Digital Content and Website Access
LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT
By purchasing, accessing, or using any program, group sessions, one-on-one sessions, courses, workshops (recorded or live), automated content, memberships, digital materials, or by visiting the website of Authentic Transformation Corporation (ATC), the user (“CLIENT” or “PARTICIPANT”) agrees to the following terms:
Intellectual Property
All content provided through sessions, programs, courses (recorded, automated, or live), website, and digital platforms—including but not limited to methodologies, processes, exercises, structures, systems, written and audiovisual materials—is the exclusive property of ATC and protected by intellectual property laws.
Access does not transfer ownership rights.
Limited License
ATC grants a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal, private, non-commercial use only.
Prohibited Uses
The CLIENT may not, without written consent:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute content
- Record sessions or materials
- Share access credentials
- Create derivative works
- Use content commercially
- Teach or replicate ATC methods
- Publish content publicly
Session Recording
Recording sessions by the CLIENT is strictly prohibited.
Confidentiality
The CLIENT agrees to maintain confidentiality of all program content and not share experiences or materials from private sessions.
Access and Security
Access is personal. Misuse results in immediate termination without refund.
Breach Consequences
Violations may result in termination, legal action, financial claims, and permanent ban.
International Scope
This agreement applies globally. ATC may pursue legal action in any applicable jurisdiction.
Rights Reserved
ATC retains all rights to modify, reuse, and distribute its content.
Disclaimer
Services do not replace medical, legal, or financial advice. CLIENT assumes responsibility for decisions.
No Employment Relationship
No partnership or employment is created.
Legal Acceptance
Use of services constitutes full legal acceptance of these terms without signature.
