The Company, Authentic Transformation Corporation, provides unique coaching and consulting services blending inner child and ancestral healing with neuroscience, cellular memory, and business development. The Affiliate, you who is signing below, wishes to refer potential clients in exchange for commissions or store credit under the terms below.

1. DEFINITIONS

• Products: (a) Revenue Root Diagnosis™ (55-min diagnostic session for new clients only, standard price $127 CAD); (b) The Worth & Revenue Recode™ (6-month one-on-one package, standard price $6,200 CAD); (c) The Six-Session Shift™ (6-pack of 30-minute sessions for new clients only, standard price $2,500 CAD); (d) TRANSCEND: Codes for Inner Child Healing™ (3-month one-on-one spiritual immersion, standard price $2,500); (e) TRASCIENDE: Códigos Sagrados para la Sanación™ (3-month automated program in Spanish, deep dive on the 6 inner child wounds, standard price $2,000).

• Commission: As set out in Schedule A.

• Referral: A unique tracking link or code provided by the Company that results in a qualified sale.

• Qualified Sale: A completed purchase by a new client who uses the Referral and pays in full or enters a payment plan within 30 days of clicking your affiliate link.

2. APPOINTMENT & LICENSE

The Company grants the Affiliate a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license during the Term to use the Company’s trademarks, logos, and approved marketing materials solely to refer clients to the Products. The Affiliate may NOT copy, modify, reproduce, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from the Company’s proprietary methodologies, materials, services, content, programs, or processes (including inner child/ancestral healing techniques, neuroscience-based frameworks, or any “cellular memory” or root-cause work). All intellectual property remains exclusively owned by the Company.

3. AFFILIATE OBLIGATIONS

• Promote the Products ethically and in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Competition Act (no false or misleading claims), Ad Standards Influencer Marketing Disclosure Guidelines (clear and conspicuous disclosure of material connection, e.g., “#affiliate”, “#CommissionEarned”, or “I earn a commission on qualifying purchases” on every post, email, or communication containing a Referral link), CASL (consent for electronic messages), and PIPEDA (privacy protection).

• Use only Company-approved messaging and materials (provided in the Affiliate Resources or upon request).

• Do not make medical, health, or guaranteed-outcome claims.

• Maintain confidentiality of all Company information (see Section 8).

• Not engage in spam, fraud, trademark bidding violations, or any activity that harms the Company’s reputation.
• Track and report all Referrals accurately.
• Earning commissions classifies you as a self-employed contractor. CPP contributions begin once your income reaches $3,500 CAD; income tax applies beyond $22,000. You are responsible for tracking your own earnings.

4. COMMISSIONS & PAYMENTS (Schedule A)

• Revenue Root Diagnosis™: Referred client receives 20% off the standard $127; Affiliate earns 20% commission of the payment ($20 CAD per completed sale).

• The Worth & Revenue Recode™: Referred client receives 10% off the standard $6,200; Affiliate earns 10% commission of the payment ($558 CAD per completed sale).
• The Six-Session Shift™: Referred client receives 5% off the standard $647; Affiliate earns 5% of the payment ($30 CAD per completed sale).
• TRANSCEND: Codes for Inner Child Healing™: Referred client receives 10% off the standard $2,500; Affiliate receives 10% of the payment ($225 CAD per completed sale).
• TRASCIENDE: Códigos Sagrados para la Sanación™: Referred client receives 20% off the standard $2,000; Affiliate receives 20% of the payment ($320 CAD per completed sale).

• Commissions are paid only on amounts actually collected by the Company.

• Upfront full payment by client → Commission paid to Affiliate within 30 days.

• Monthly payment plan → Commission paid monthly as each installment is collected.

• If a client cancels, defaults, or breaches their contract with the Company, no further commissions are payable on unpaid amounts.
• For both clients and affiliates, personal discount codes apply to the standard price only – they cannot be combined with existing promotional pricing or existing promotional discounts on services. Store credit must also be applied to purchases where no other discount is in effect.

• Payments via [bank transfer / PayPal / etc.], net 30 days after collection. No commissions on refunds or chargebacks.

• The Company may withhold or claw back commissions for violations of this Agreement.

5. TERM & TERMINATION

• Initial Term: 6 months, agreement auto-renews unless 30 days’ written notice for termination.

• Immediate termination for affiliate breach (including IP violation, non-disclosure, or legal non-compliance).

• Upon termination: Affiliate must cease all promotion; commissions cease except for Qualified Sales closed before the termination date.

6. REPRESENTATIONS & WARRANTIES

Each party warrants they have authority to enter this Agreement. Affiliate warrants they will not copy or compete by replicating the Company’s unique services or materials including the Transformational Affiliate Program content, and it's processes and systems.

7. INDEMNIFICATION

Affiliate agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, losses, or damages arising from Affiliate’s: (i) breach of this Agreement; (ii) misleading claims; (iii) failure to disclose affiliate relationship; (iv) IP infringement; or (v) violation of laws.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY & NON-DISCLOSURE

Affiliate shall keep all Company information (including methodologies, client lists, pricing, training materials) strictly confidential during and perpetually after the Term. No use except as expressly permitted.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Company’s total liability shall not exceed commissions paid in the prior 12 months. No liability for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta, Canada. If there are any disputes, they shall be resolved in the courts of Alberta.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

• This agreement can be changed at the Company’s discretion, and will give the Affiliate notice.

• Severability.

• No partnership or agency created.

By filling out the form and signing below, I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms and conditions of this Agreement in its entirety to become an Affiliate of Authentic Transformation Corporation. I confirm that I have had a full opportunity to ask for clarification, translation, or legal counsel regarding any terms I did not understand, and I voluntarily accept these terms.
