I authorize, in accordance with the conditions mentioned on this page, Authentic Transformation Corporation (ATC), to use any content in the form of video, images, and voice in which I appear and/or participate while giving my testimonial about inner child and/or ancestral healing sessions with Silvia Gálvez

Monetization and Compensation: ATC may monetize said content at its sole discretion, without further compensation, royalties, or any other financial obligation to me.

Revocation of Consent: If I wish to revoke this authorization, I must send a written request to ATC’s official email address.

Terms for Pro-Bono Services: If I received a pro-bono (free) service from ATC upon signing this agreement, ATC will cease the use of my videos, images, and voice one year (365 days) after the revocation request is received. For all other cases, ATC will cease usage within thirty (30) days of receiving the request.

Conditions

• ATC is not obligated to provide any pro-bono or other services in exchange for the signer’s agreement to be included in ATC publications.
• Should ATC voluntarily provide a pro-bono service to any signer, it will be done solely at ATC's availability and discretion.
• Any pro-bono service granted by ATC holds no monetary value, nor any other form of value that the signer may claim.
• These conditions are subject to change at ATC’s discretion at any time, without prior notice to the signers.
• This online authorization constitutes the current and legally binding document.
